How do I add my fav to my page so others can see it and is there a way to show who my friends are if I wanna show off their stuff too?

Go to the artwork and look at the top left, there's an add option there. You can add people to your watchlist/friendslist by visiting them and looking at the top right corner of their page, the add option is there.
